If you're using a modded version of the app and can't enable Accessibility permission, follow these steps:
1. Open your phone Settings
2. Go to Apps or App Management
3. Find and tap on Hibernator (or the modded app name)
4. Tap the three-dot menu at the top-right corner
5. Select "Allow restricted settings" or "Allow special access"
6. Go back to Settings > Accessibility and enable the permission for the app
